To activate an affiliate account, you need to create a new customer account on our website or log in to an existing account. Once logged in, navigate to the Affiliate section where you will find the option to activate your affiliate account.

When you activate your affiliate account, our system will generate your unique referral link. Your affiliate link will be in the format http://www.my.namebox.ro/aff.php?aff=001, but it contains a unique identification ID that we use to track conversions and allocate commissions to your affiliate account.

The affiliate program includes all web hosting and VPS server services. We do not offer affiliate commissions for domain registration, SSL certificates, or dedicated servers.

The commission will be paid after a period of 35 days if the affiliate account reaches a minimum sum of 200 RON. In the case of online payments, the commission payment period can be extended to 60 days to prevent fraud.

The withdrawal of commissions registered under the same company or the same client from different client accounts is not allowed. The commission registered from a different client account of the same owner will be canceled upon withdrawal after the anti-fraud department's verifications.

Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link in the following format - http://www.my.namebox.ro/aff.php?aff=001. When a potential customer accesses our website through this unique referral link, the affiliate system will automatically record the services ordered by that customer and credit the commission to the affiliate's account.

After the payment for the ordered services is made, you will be able to see the commission available in your affiliate account as a result of the conversion.

In case the order is placed within a few days, the conversion will be recorded even if the website is not accessed through the affiliate link anymore. This is possible due to cookies that are saved in the browser for a duration of 90 days.
